The black DSP is from the limited here together set, but the Perfectly Penciled DSP would work just as good. </div><h2 style="text-align: left;"><span style="color: #38761d;">Wonderful World Monochromatic Card</span></h2><h3 style="text-align: left;"><u><b>Supplies:</b></u></h3><div><ul style="text-align: left;"><li>Wonderful world stamp set + DSP (159918) FREE!</li><li>Charming Sentiments bundle (158734)</li><li>Basic White cardstock (159276)</li><li>Momento black pad (132708)</li><li>Stitched Rectangle dies (151820)</li><li>Paper Trimmer (152392)</li><li>Stamparatus (146276)</li><li>Take your pick tool (144107)</li><li>Paper snips (103579)</li><li>Glossy Dots Assortment (158827)</li><li>Perfectly penciled DSP (159244)</li></ul></div><div><br /></div></div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEidevX3PE2fjnYhvrl7jtLC0rQZzPDxBy16rq3w7147XEKFFwnA0d4HrbGNtMVYwcQWSNXjSSKbt1-5n6dBgFsXH-3w2pnDu90jk7kYN-lwxVkmZhgKcVBmKFzrldrJ64UDI4_kKuNLRh3q1ntILoVgEEKLkERhFwhbDo8BFnaHpvTxFV7fRvf-2RgKmQ/s640/IMG_1086.jpg" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="640" data-original-width="508" height="320" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEidevX3PE2fjnYhvrl7jtLC0rQZzPDxBy16rq3w7147XEKFFwnA0d4HrbGNtMVYwcQWSNXjSSKbt1-5n6dBgFsXH-3w2pnDu90jk7kYN-lwxVkmZhgKcVBmKFzrldrJ64UDI4_kKuNLRh3q1ntILoVgEEKLkERhFwhbDo8BFnaHpvTxFV7fRvf-2RgKmQ/s320/IMG_1086.jpg" width="254" /></a></div><div><br /></div>Here is one more card I made after the video. I used the DSP in strips across the front of the card. You are seeing both sides of the DSP here, just alternated. I colored on the stamp like I did for the watercolor card, but I didn't spritz it. You can really see the awesome detail on here. I punched out the rose and a sentiment from the Charming sentiments set and layered them on the front. I love all the colors and patterns on here. This card has the same supplies as the last with just some ribbon and silver thread added. <div><br /></div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgo-lM_mope8E0_seLgLSmGiM7DYBb9v5jcGTil9q7jssV7lrwCxuZVbeco38R862pHK96QE3hdrWrWtnXnz7t_iYbSMjFiziPx7w-v-GuzHjvtosG-0lmGh-Kwb8P3eck6KnD_lG8GWMVzvHYHdf2DU4nRt-kmMXhNjHL48qCceVy5uTa-A4gM6MthsQ/s640/IMG_1090.jpg" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="640" data-original-width="554" height="308" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgo-lM_mope8E0_seLgLSmGiM7DYBb9v5jcGTil9q7jssV7lrwCxuZVbeco38R862pHK96QE3hdrWrWtnXnz7t_iYbSMjFiziPx7w-v-GuzHjvtosG-0lmGh-Kwb8P3eck6KnD_lG8GWMVzvHYHdf2DU4nRt-kmMXhNjHL48qCceVy5uTa-A4gM6MthsQ/w277-h308/IMG_1090.jpg" width="277" /></a></div><br /><div><br /><p>This set is very versatile and the paper is beautiful! I created two cards that I thought were pretty cute! I went to clear up my creative mess and realized I accidentally laid one of them in my Sweet Sorbet stamp pad! Have you ever done that? </p><p>Well, I believe you can fix almost anything in crafting! Here is what I did.</p><p></p><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><br /></div>Here is my first card. See that nasty red line on the upper right-hand corner? Bummer! I tried a few things to remove it, but it just made it darker. I decided to go to my trimmer.<p></p><blockquote style="border: none; margin: 0 0 0 40px; padding: 0px;"><p style="text-align: left;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjwlmahhdSpmm2A4VK3qC2KtvEhRQSMng21QdEMvdl0q--zC7k3BPyNpusui4hxBI_Tp3xdXy3AeZZPhFBfmJWmjXZaKo2AMd7nT1O-_59uJxN8SDiSrFvOb6Rd6y9PQPd9lcZX-yUJFCOdWtUomfwtQXFTNYCVDM9aOXYj_oLH6Yytbcv9FrliTx9qjw/s640/IMG_1026.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em; text-align: center;"><img border="0" data-original-height="640" data-original-width="415" height="320" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjwlmahhdSpmm2A4VK3qC2KtvEhRQSMng21QdEMvdl0q--zC7k3BPyNpusui4hxBI_Tp3xdXy3AeZZPhFBfmJWmjXZaKo2AMd7nT1O-_59uJxN8SDiSrFvOb6Rd6y9PQPd9lcZX-yUJFCOdWtUomfwtQXFTNYCVDM9aOXYj_oLH6Yytbcv9FrliTx9qjw/s320/IMG_1026.jpg" width="208" /></a></p></blockquote><p>I ended up cutting off about 3/4 inches from all three sides of the card. I did the same for the inside since I had already stamped a sentiment in there. </p><blockquote style="border: none; margin: 0 0 0 40px; padding: 0px;"><p style="text-align: left;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjwlmahhdSpmm2A4VK3qC2KtvEhRQSMng21QdEMvdl0q--zC7k3BPyNpusui4hxBI_Tp3xdXy3AeZZPhFBfmJWmjXZaKo2AMd7nT1O-_59uJxN8SDiSrFvOb6Rd6y9PQPd9lcZX-yUJFCOdWtUomfwtQXFTNYCVDM9aOXYj_oLH6Yytbcv9FrliTx9qjw/s640/IMG_1026.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em; text-align: center;"></a><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEintDFLimGYtfr-lU8l2Pj4qDGDbx3ADOf_Y_Qe5zMmUPOL0SUhF1P0VwmKmmxXpszE5gkFoK9MZe5vaoRNeeVjiniA895026G9ATyWcDc3AMveKSUQTb5tFqq9hAB4KiQV7100LWCaBlRv1-0JO8HE9bJMz77OCkrBsk9SoDXZhbfGVjlR2tzTZv5iHA/s640/IMG_1027.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em; text-align: center;"><img border="0" data-original-height="640" data-original-width="577" height="320" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEintDFLimGYtfr-lU8l2Pj4qDGDbx3ADOf_Y_Qe5zMmUPOL0SUhF1P0VwmKmmxXpszE5gkFoK9MZe5vaoRNeeVjiniA895026G9ATyWcDc3AMveKSUQTb5tFqq9hAB4KiQV7100LWCaBlRv1-0JO8HE9bJMz77OCkrBsk9SoDXZhbfGVjlR2tzTZv5iHA/s320/IMG_1027.jpg" width="289" /></a></p></blockquote><p>Here is my 'new' card. I actually like it better now! I ended up using dimensionals to pop up the front panel. I sponged the edges of the inside sentiment and put it all together. </p><blockquote style="border: none; margin: 0 0 0 40px; padding: 0px;"><p style="text-align: left;"></p><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEj2NCOlfjKC4HcKeIoOjwRjFd55Ssmx8YRQuqkBabYTrKrxWMO3LrR2cWCXI2GhIld4TBaRNg_ul3YqvunG8Cs6S0YAevglNG7BTKZGz-CYFCM_-vgOnIujTbVQavlDyUSzirJXCayr_v_yN4GwI3Ng8txt036Qdb0mFkGwbz9HElq7jh2sJf0Y8-VALg/s640/IMG_1028.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em; text-align: center;"><img border="0" data-original-height="640" data-original-width="438" height="320" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEj2NCOlfjKC4HcKeIoOjwRjFd55Ssmx8YRQuqkBabYTrKrxWMO3LrR2cWCXI2GhIld4TBaRNg_ul3YqvunG8Cs6S0YAevglNG7BTKZGz-CYFCM_-vgOnIujTbVQavlDyUSzirJXCayr_v_yN4GwI3Ng8txt036Qdb0mFkGwbz9HElq7jh2sJf0Y8-VALg/s320/IMG_1028.jpg" width="219" /></a><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhFAq75S0vqEAOsAiNs-kc04ZQz5dcPPSHQMfdvWYES7IIF8KdpCv5C0Wzr698PS11ucrg7wWIw6q0eAQpe5oPibtxFG1ewMBF0QR7N6Vk9ZVVQdMokS_4Yad-xwHktYajWIwAROrL5rmvkImZfGYGqz-AdjIfUB0k5N9wzomOoHjOwyqUo_ifmSUt0HA/s640/IMG_1029.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="640" data-original-width="557" height="320" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhFAq75S0vqEAOsAiNs-kc04ZQz5dcPPSHQMfdvWYES7IIF8KdpCv5C0Wzr698PS11ucrg7wWIw6q0eAQpe5oPibtxFG1ewMBF0QR7N6Vk9ZVVQdMokS_4Yad-xwHktYajWIwAROrL5rmvkImZfGYGqz-AdjIfUB0k5N9wzomOoHjOwyqUo_ifmSUt0HA/s320/IMG_1029.jpg" width="279" /></a></div><p></p></blockquote><p>What have you done to save a card or project after making a mistake? There is a bit of math involved, but it is totally worth it! Check out the video for a demonstration of how to put the card together. The measurements and supplies are listed below. What can I say? Flowers are good for almost every occasion! They are a great investment. The stamps I am highlighting today are the Prized Peony set (#152504) and coordinating dies (#152701). </p><p><br /></p><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEibXy-fjKZdD8WVwE7x6UChBpq2V4sD3w-rqDRbLI2iFwCZ2RdxNa3aUk4H2ZxuxezO8OyPvKRmxaw9O2I8i7rsut8VnJKbQvTzGdxQ-CVFa_H5eL4o9vGowP8uDQoOXifH1RzNqlsudpJt/" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img alt="" data-original-height="1600" data-original-width="1600" height="150" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEibXy-fjKZdD8WVwE7x6UChBpq2V4sD3w-rqDRbLI2iFwCZ2RdxNa3aUk4H2ZxuxezO8OyPvKRmxaw9O2I8i7rsut8VnJKbQvTzGdxQ-CVFa_H5eL4o9vGowP8uDQoOXifH1RzNqlsudpJt/w150-h150/image.png" width="150" /></a><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgrgwMb2abIBYlvC4cawtnjjNWLqsmVkqw3uBkPaqMTY-xsAMCBxvsUjXbRdhf9T2QASrcdzHtO6h44PpRXBn2JYzzNReJSQb0vPc14diKrDR4oWaqgkFiH9j7cP3IuofBA1Ow7z3XYWTe1/" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img alt="" data-original-height="1600" data-original-width="1600" height="141" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgrgwMb2abIBYlvC4cawtnjjNWLqsmVkqw3uBkPaqMTY-xsAMCBxvsUjXbRdhf9T2QASrcdzHtO6h44PpRXBn2JYzzNReJSQb0vPc14diKrDR4oWaqgkFiH9j7cP3IuofBA1Ow7z3XYWTe1/w141-h141/image.png" width="141" /></a><br /></div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><br /></div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">I made several samples with the set using the different elements. At the end of this post, I have included a video of how to stack the dies to make the beautiful 3D Peony. </div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">This first example uses a card base made from the InColor Fresh freesia, embossed with the Checks embossing folder from the Checks and Dots set (#155432). These little half folders are perfect for highlighting just part of your card. I layered white cardstock on the left and a strip of Bumblebee cardstock down the center. The tiny little strip of gold is from a gold Wink of Stella I had lying about. </div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">I stamped the Peony with my Tuxedo Black Memento ink pad (#132708) and colored it with the blends in Highland heather (#154887) and Light Granny apply Green (#154885) blended with light Old olive (#154892). The greeting is from the Beautiful Moments stamp set (#151677) and is also stamped with the Tuxedo black. I just hand-cut around the words so they wouldn't overpower the rest of the card. I added a few drops of bling from the Genial gems set (#155500) and called it good. I really like how it turned out. </div><img alt="Displaying IMG_2221.jpg" aria-hidden="true" class="aLF-aPX-J1-J3" height="199" src="https://mail.google.com/mail/u/0?ui=2&ik=e79918adf4&attid=0.5&permmsgid=msg-f:1703928529867974324&th=17a591f8596f26b4&view=fimg&disp=thd&attbid=ANGjdJ9ZIduGErr-ROi3YVK6GBWes29NPVSBOYABO0n4vyaKMF42OcSm3QrDWeR4bERdm1iPl37gqREZw7J1n8Fn6gZh4LoLprrDGCYLkuHrKozUSWZ7Va0SuOcHGKA&ats=2524608000000&sz=w1919-h969" width="168" /><p></p><p>The next sample uses the same colors on the Peony, but I layered it on a different green background. This green is the Mint Macaron (#138337) and it has a more blue tint to it. I simply colored over my green with the Light Mint Macaron blend and it gave it that blueish look so it coordinated with the background. Also in the background, I stamped the large peony image with Versamark randomly over the front of the card to give a bit of texture. I also used Versamark (# 102283) to rub the edges of the card. This just makes the color of the cardstock a bit darker, it doesn't actually add any color. I layered my sentiment from the Ridiculously Awesome set(retired sadly) on a leftover piece of DSP from the True love set and put it all on a piece of Black cardstock. I also added some bling here and there with the In Color jewels (#155571)</p><p> <img alt="Displaying IMG_2222.jpg" aria-hidden="true" class="aLF-aPX-J1-J3" height="235" src="https://mail.google.com/mail/u/0?ui=2&ik=e79918adf4&attid=0.7&permmsgid=msg-f:1703928529867974324&th=17a591f8596f26b4&view=fimg&disp=thd&attbid=ANGjdJ8yACjs2PPBKIxi4Dz1yVTUtRVNOPWy1LdFRDs1yL4WGTJRCk3WcVXTHEXGybNweD_4n3RHjXeQDTD-3kYZSzPNvTKFJP0wU-oxwzGg4XLfQyMMsBzL-3QU8Pw&ats=2524608000000&sz=w1919-h969" width="204" /></p><p>This next sample uses the full flower image from the set. I colored it with the blends and really like how it turned out! The colors I used were the Light and Dark Flirty Flamingo (#154884) and the Granny green and Old olive combo from above. I added a bit of wink of Stella (#141897) to the petals and leaves here and there. I just love how it gives it a little shimmer. The sentiment is from the Simple Succulents set (#154480). I added some bling using the Genial Gems ($155500). The DSP is again from the True Love package. The card base is made from Blushing Bride cardstock (#131198).</p><p><img alt="Displaying IMG_2176.jpg" aria-hidden="true" class="aLF-aPX-J1-J3" height="329" src="https://mail.google.com/mail/u/0?ui=2&ik=e79918adf4&attid=0.1&permmsgid=msg-f:1703928529867974324&th=17a591f8596f26b4&view=fimg&disp=thd&attbid=ANGjdJ9OTzTd1CgoFsUpVSYkT6LWl01Kfw1kpSOpVgkrLvES1TegTDRUyg_-AxaVhsjcRuXOE5koy5R8LIUXOc-OBF9nis-Zc5YljMir58lVgjCuIxJKyEYzUseIl-s&ats=2524608000000&sz=w1919-h969" width="264" />This last sample was my favorite. When I first got this set, I was confused about how to put this big flower together. After playing around with it, I discovered that Stampin' Up! gave us a guide along the bottom! All the layers line up perfectly. I decided to make a video to show how this works. I hope you enjoy it!</p><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><iframe allowfullscreen="" class="BLOG_video_class" height="266" src="https://www.youtube.com/embed/bLNIdPVzztY" width="320" youtube-src-id="bLNIdPVzztY"></iframe></div><br /><p><br /></p><p>As always, I would love to have your business! What really sold me on it was the large background die that came with the bundle. I am totally in love with it! Today I am sharing a few cards that focus on that background die. </p><p>These first two are super easy but totally gorgeous! I used the Rainbow Glimmer Paper (#153056) with the background die cut out in Thick White Cardstock (#159229) for the first one and Basic black cardstock (#121045) for the second one. I used a sponge on a binder clip dipped in multipurpose liquid glue to glue it all together. The saying is from the Simple Succulent set that comes in the Potted Succulent bundle (#154330). </p><p><br /><br /></p><p><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjyhMLMMbOuCkcAkKIK_IZ1VwiEiW4R8qpI2l2Qz5MebZJDyECtfY5C-JE_R0jjYI8aVtj4m6m5FvHyFYAXvhP6ZM0KCg5ylg-Uy1ILIJcZ6eEfotnPO4EUqvBfgZfBx7V3tGAdCOUe-1ig/" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em; text-align: center;"><img alt="" data-original-height="515" data-original-width="640" height="240" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjyhMLMMbOuCkcAkKIK_IZ1VwiEiW4R8qpI2l2Qz5MebZJDyECtfY5C-JE_R0jjYI8aVtj4m6m5FvHyFYAXvhP6ZM0KCg5ylg-Uy1ILIJcZ6eEfotnPO4EUqvBfgZfBx7V3tGAdCOUe-1ig/" width="298" /></a><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgRoddNMu34sj2QOoa5eo-CP3GIRqVOqrndj4n_xLQOJa955HvMROCPwWWsAXYkTRH1V4wLw6pGsubXqQsIqvTLShVF4v75YyAkjFs0_75tJ_egrwnYxgt7AnMS7fbdGtu0NQCHc4V9dkRk/" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img alt="" data-original-height="640" data-original-width="539" height="240" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgRoddNMu34sj2QOoa5eo-CP3GIRqVOqrndj4n_xLQOJa955HvMROCPwWWsAXYkTRH1V4wLw6pGsubXqQsIqvTLShVF4v75YyAkjFs0_75tJ_egrwnYxgt7AnMS7fbdGtu0NQCHc4V9dkRk/" width="202" /></a><br /><br /></p><p><br />The next card was actually really fun to do. I cut out TWO of the backgrounds in white cardstock. I glued one down to a piece of cardstock (4-1/2 x 5-1/2). Using the die as my guide, I colored in the succulents using the blender markers. It looked kind of messy! After I was done coloring, I glued another background over the first. That covered up all my mistakes on the first one and really made it pop!</p><p></p><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjrQQqIFfjcT789poUTTUbfG-D2DmAk_q4nueUQ1r_W2hw3Ovh04kH-pNmjB1KqybOGmp_3NSBOfIbGkoVG8krUWVnhJdVz0dA9n3IXnu6CDxkurF06kybfSPG8ZxZC2ADJlhqFVAc0AZ0S/" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img alt="" data-original-height="640" data-original-width="506" height="240" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjrQQqIFfjcT789poUTTUbfG-D2DmAk_q4nueUQ1r_W2hw3Ovh04kH-pNmjB1KqybOGmp_3NSBOfIbGkoVG8krUWVnhJdVz0dA9n3IXnu6CDxkurF06kybfSPG8ZxZC2ADJlhqFVAc0AZ0S/" width="190" /></a><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhHdsGtpc575QOi7iZCpLRs8R9iw8Dgu3zgcgMTgPHGN6ju-5WHqavXEVzlzTgYYOjUt5SkKRY83e-CK0PIVNniO1ifa8GsMBHORfXv6VKstvIEePAnVrVBLR5m9EPyduaFf9G0qmdFpEC4/" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img alt="" data-original-height="640" data-original-width="516" height="240" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhHdsGtpc575QOi7iZCpLRs8R9iw8Dgu3zgcgMTgPHGN6ju-5WHqavXEVzlzTgYYOjUt5SkKRY83e-CK0PIVNniO1ifa8GsMBHORfXv6VKstvIEePAnVrVBLR5m9EPyduaFf9G0qmdFpEC4/" width="194" /></a></div><p></p><p>This last one was the hardest one, but the most beautiful! The stamp set is so very versatile and easy to use. I love how the dies make the image go 3D and they make me feel like an artist. This bundle will be retiring at the end of June! You can get it at a discount until then. Check it out on my online store here: <a href="https://beckiecarlson.stampinup.net">https://beckiecarlson.stampinup.net</a>/</p><p>Here are some cards I made with the bundle that I love!</p><p><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhcpQhQ9p-RHehTHt9gGv2xogdJJWkWkR4fgIW8DhjjVxV1Ny_Go4Q7EpxOqACr4X1irUOZoYOMYyPb3nZI1tiMhNsn-ukGij7DHc4SCeTsNSFTPMle682DGmXK9agF7xNo8J5-ngOyy_Lr/" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em; text-align: center;"><img alt="" data-original-height="798" data-original-width="960" height="240" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhcpQhQ9p-RHehTHt9gGv2xogdJJWkWkR4fgIW8DhjjVxV1Ny_Go4Q7EpxOqACr4X1irUOZoYOMYyPb3nZI1tiMhNsn-ukGij7DHc4SCeTsNSFTPMle682DGmXK9agF7xNo8J5-ngOyy_Lr/" width="289" /></a></p><p>This first one uses the brushed background die. I die cut from white paper and brushed the edges with Sahara sand. I scored the paper at one inch intervals to mimic a plank wall or floor. I like how it turned out. The polka dot layer was actually a left over sticker from a past Paper Pumpkin kit! Use those scraps!</p><p><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhJgzOdJiYEejgB42DQuhDtMB3dRQ1sBcHA8OCFPQg_De0mSck8PxixFVtwF2ROje_wTR1wTsY7uioH13e4nUxtHbRPaMocl0H8NiWa0KVYlF8ZPMiqbi8D4sSCeqvn3R3FTYWDrSf86k76/" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em; text-align: center;"><img alt="" data-original-height="756" data-original-width="960" height="240" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhJgzOdJiYEejgB42DQuhDtMB3dRQ1sBcHA8OCFPQg_De0mSck8PxixFVtwF2ROje_wTR1wTsY7uioH13e4nUxtHbRPaMocl0H8NiWa0KVYlF8ZPMiqbi8D4sSCeqvn3R3FTYWDrSf86k76/" width="305" /></a></p><p>This next one is a similar layout, but instead of layering the die-cut strips on top, I used the negative space left over and sponged that a bit with some blushing bride pink. The DSP is from the True love package that is retiring this month.</p><p><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEg91E3j9anB-zgg-ge9xf8c9aYFSnFWQSD3oRdt-2K5A9O79IqeKRAQWwpe5LVD5_8cHXZukd0ocFmUcSDrNWJgrkFB_xJradh7gy5BYAQjk50CMQ037_gecZxHAaMJx20eP3jlsoRTd2em/" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em; text-align: center;"><img alt="" data-original-height="960" data-original-width="788" height="240" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEg91E3j9anB-zgg-ge9xf8c9aYFSnFWQSD3oRdt-2K5A9O79IqeKRAQWwpe5LVD5_8cHXZukd0ocFmUcSDrNWJgrkFB_xJradh7gy5BYAQjk50CMQ037_gecZxHAaMJx20eP3jlsoRTd2em/" width="197" /></a></p><p>This example has no layering aside from the greeting. I used the striped stencil to add dimension to the background. I used the blending brushes with Gorgeous Grade and Pool Party for the stripes. The roses are also stamped in Gorgeous Grape with Old olive for the leaves. Just because...<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiwdPfdZH6P97VF2VLQxPF7LXMtoNiV036ybbh0r-SgOSHrcZYotirQKq826-S38E71lB3yVVqBMMYYVRO-z4qIKeQVzOm5S751tHRuRkWbm9MYJ5BTAXLpmXcU59QivB2EZfZLa0I07Jg0/" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em; text-align: center;"><img alt="" data-original-height="960" data-original-width="784" height="240" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiwdPfdZH6P97VF2VLQxPF7LXMtoNiV036ybbh0r-SgOSHrcZYotirQKq826-S38E71lB3yVVqBMMYYVRO-z4qIKeQVzOm5S751tHRuRkWbm9MYJ5BTAXLpmXcU59QivB2EZfZLa0I07Jg0/" width="196" /></a></p><p><br />These last two are my favorites! The layout is the same but there are subtle differences. I used the Die from the Fabulous Fern set on one and stamped the leaves directly on the background on the other. I really love how these turned out. If you like them too, don't miss out on this bundle! It retires at the end of June. It isn't one that I thought I would like much at first. It seemed pretty confining when I saw it in the catalog. Boy was I wrong! I have used it many, many times for all occasions! Here are a few of the samples I've made recently.</div><div><br /></div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEicpUomJ2dCv1mb6w07nRRgzj1utL3dbRC6DTW1WIz6Oac7IeQA4t3Ku4qtkoVu4haxL3OEUjxx6tmMTF9JXB5feEw-hkUcunYBppkuCbAHD0amyRBarRm-bHoM7nQbAmcn-hzy1FazmTsQ/s640/IMG_4537.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="clear: left; float: left; margin-bottom: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="512" data-original-width="640" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEicpUomJ2dCv1mb6w07nRRgzj1utL3dbRC6DTW1WIz6Oac7IeQA4t3Ku4qtkoVu4haxL3OEUjxx6tmMTF9JXB5feEw-hkUcunYBppkuCbAHD0amyRBarRm-bHoM7nQbAmcn-hzy1FazmTsQ/s320/IMG_4537.jpg" width="320" /></a></div><div>The Blossoms in bloom set has a set of die cuts that layer up really nicely. If you look close you can see that there is a black die-cut and a white die-cut. I traced the die on a piece of rainbow glitter paper and fussy cut that out to go as my base. I layered it all on a Whisper White card base backed with a piece of Black cardstock. The happy birthday greeting is also in the stamp set. It has several sentiments in it. This one really shines in person with all that glittery paper!</div><div><br /></div><div><br /></div><div><br /></div><div><br /></div><div><br /></div><div><br /></div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiZEDX775Gpf076xMN4bDQ_v3HpYreMNKFwbOyZy8gr_ja0_1G9YP8guwzkAbLaeydmF8-kJ-BMJZKCgYS00B9_XQ-Ks9X7Ss_hTm6PSrotyDnYl7q8IaPYe10UdtbQXP2TxWY1ZjVk-Y-d/s640/IMG_4555.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="clear: left; float: left; margin-bottom: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="640" data-original-width="507" height="320" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiZEDX775Gpf076xMN4bDQ_v3HpYreMNKFwbOyZy8gr_ja0_1G9YP8guwzkAbLaeydmF8-kJ-BMJZKCgYS00B9_XQ-Ks9X7Ss_hTm6PSrotyDnYl7q8IaPYe10UdtbQXP2TxWY1ZjVk-Y-d/s320/IMG_4555.jpg" /></a></div><div>This next one was a lot of fun to make. I did a partial die cutting technique to get the banner look in the middle of the blossoms. The way I did this was to tape my die to a piece of white cardstock using washi tape. I put the tape where I wanted the 'banner' to be. I lined up the bottom cutting mat on my Big Shot to line up with the washi tape and ran it through two times, each time lining up with the outside of that washi tape. I used an Xacto knife to cut away the little pieces that were still connected to the sides of the banner.</div><div>I cut two more full flower pieces to put behind the partially die cut piece to give the whole thing a bit more stability. Then I did as above and fussy cut a base piece using the die as my guide, out of silver glitter paper. I added a few pearl accents to make it really fancy. It is hard to see, but the white card base is actually the shimmer white cardstock so the whole thing just shines! The sentiment is from the Forever Ferns set.</div><div><br /></div><div><br /></div><div><br /></div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjS_Pth7k_HLyg6uAzAtrCIa0Bf2whcRo671wxbARBJYIYKY5TbBh6bxYiIDpLif5Gcaz0Q9SYIWExqtZisTyXsr2UXqhBgsrNNMrCQRqq1M7yXorN4qudKUlsRiUK42hwKUTatuwRo8V7S/s640/IMG_4557.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="clear: left; float: left; margin-bottom: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="640" data-original-width="409" height="400" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjS_Pth7k_HLyg6uAzAtrCIa0Bf2whcRo671wxbARBJYIYKY5TbBh6bxYiIDpLif5Gcaz0Q9SYIWExqtZisTyXsr2UXqhBgsrNNMrCQRqq1M7yXorN4qudKUlsRiUK42hwKUTatuwRo8V7S/w255-h400/IMG_4557.jpg" width="255" /></a></div><div><br /></div><div>This last sample is totally different. I used a piece of Basic Grey cardstock that measured 7-1/2 by 8-1/2 to create a long card. This will fit in a legal-sized envelope with extra room at the top. I could have made it longer, but I am a bit stingy with my cardstock! </div><div>I cut the strips of color from scrap cardstock and used my Stamparatus to stamp "Just because" in the same place on each one. The sentiment is from a past Paper Pumpkin stamp set. Any words would work here. I stamped them using the Memento black stamp pad.</div><div>I cut out two of the Blossoms using the shimmer white cardstock. I positioned the flowers and marked where I wanted them to be so I could cut off the part of the bottom layer where it met the color stripes. I wanted it to lay flat, so I only have the top die cut flowers going over the stripes. Doing two layers also makes it looks nicer I think.</div><div>Inside the card, I put a piece of white cardstock for my message that measured 3-1/2 x 8-1/4, just 1/4 inch smaller than the card base.</div><div>I added a few rhinestones to the flower centers, but you totally would not have to. It looks really stunning without them.</div><div><br /></div><div>I'd love to see what you come up with for this set! I've had lots of time due to the COVID Crisis. We have been home enjoying quality time since Spring Break in April. It has been a huge blessing to have this time with my kids. I have been reminded what it was like to be a stay at home mom. </div><div><br /></div><div>My classes are going strong, in spite of the social glitches. We meet on the 3rd and 4th Saturday of each month. This month we will be playing with the new Forever Ferns stamp set and matching die. I have seen so many fantastic samples with this set! Here are the cards we will be making this month...most likely. I'm still playing so, they may change!</div><div><br /></div><blockquote style="border: none; margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px; padding: 0px;"><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEj7ph8ZsHYE8S_bpI5qFdNxpdNO2vw39qCZQkDKsb2LzIUH7uJm9FBAlPrGHjokFmc4AD2pU_fR-Mzqu3YvnMZSI_QN-MXQQTCSA9_tlk2Dr1X7_LivR8FnNz1heXoC7u9Z8Ti6eGibZisW/s640/IMG_4498.jpg" style="clear: left; float: left; margin-bottom: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="640" data-original-width="480" height="400" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEj7ph8ZsHYE8S_bpI5qFdNxpdNO2vw39qCZQkDKsb2LzIUH7uJm9FBAlPrGHjokFmc4AD2pU_fR-Mzqu3YvnMZSI_QN-MXQQTCSA9_tlk2Dr1X7_LivR8FnNz1heXoC7u9Z8Ti6eGibZisW/w300-h400/IMG_4498.jpg" width="300" /></a></div></blockquote>This first card was inspired by one I saw on Pinterest. The background rectangle is actually a clear block inked up with celery, old olive, garden green, and Bermuda bay ins. I spritzed the inked block with water and let the color run together. Then, I just 'stamped' the block onto my whisper white cardstock. The leaves are from the Forever Fern set, stamped with Versamark and embossed with gold. I layered the white front panel on top of a white card base to give it more depth. <div><br /></div><div><br /></div><div><br /></div><div><br /></div><div><br /></div><div><br /></div><div><br /></div><div><br /></div><div><br /></div><div><br /><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhKoH6YkmzV-ShXlJxeQdMMfKq9pj8V6nXMxUpVFfLfepevRuLuGhpayWapB3dQbhS_8RCyri1SyBq1fWxaMLvUGFTN8YtvuHYHxJpV_KPpPkGJZe3B3tmFNfd4BEkwAt7vXfXO1qWaRBBN/s640/IMG_4500.jpg" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="640" data-original-width="480" height="400" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhKoH6YkmzV-ShXlJxeQdMMfKq9pj8V6nXMxUpVFfLfepevRuLuGhpayWapB3dQbhS_8RCyri1SyBq1fWxaMLvUGFTN8YtvuHYHxJpV_KPpPkGJZe3B3tmFNfd4BEkwAt7vXfXO1qWaRBBN/w300-h400/IMG_4500.jpg" width="300" /></a></div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">This next card is similar to the first one. The only difference is the clear block I used to 'stamp 'with. I layered the front panel on a slightly larger piece of old olive cardstock before adhering to my card base.</div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><br /></div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">I really love how these stamps are detailed enough to not need coloring in. I think they really work well with this next technique. I used some washi tape from my stash to mask off the center of my card. I stamped the different images in blueberry bliss, rich razzleberry, mint macaron, and crushed curry. I carefully peeled the washi tape off when I was done and used my Stamparatus to stamp the sentiment in the blank space made by the mask. By this time I had a lot of in on my hands so I ended up getting som unwanted smudges. To fix this, I cut three pieces of white cardstock the same size as the blank space and layered them to cover my smudge. I really like how this turned out! I added some rhinestones to give it a bit of bling here and there.<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgqHfj4_4AqyyAsJqarM2S3lLDAAyg88NmcVKuev7joVcCv108k2WpIlwpLdGnhyphenhyphenMXkv_ROikrzE0cQHMimmbXAeS_SI6hy6LjbRYLAKWedoSqzltKClmEyAB_zUoIgxR1_onFWrrj0e2CJ/s640/IMG_4495.jpg" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="480" data-original-width="640" height="300" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgqHfj4_4AqyyAsJqarM2S3lLDAAyg88NmcVKuev7joVcCv108k2WpIlwpLdGnhyphenhyphenMXkv_ROikrzE0cQHMimmbXAeS_SI6hy6LjbRYLAKWedoSqzltKClmEyAB_zUoIgxR1_onFWrrj0e2CJ/w400-h300/IMG_4495.jpg" width="400" /></a></div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"> Because I wanted to build on the water coloring in the first card, I decided to do another watercolor technique. For this card, I stamped one of the images with Versamark on watercolor paper and embossed it with white powder. After that, I stamped the other images in old olive, garden green, and celery randomly all over the paper. When I was done stamping, I spritzed the paper with water until it started to bleed and let it sit to dry. After it was dry, I wiped off the excess ink from the embossed images and layered it up on garden green and celery paper. I added an image from the coordinating dies I cut out with the gold foil paper. I love how the embossed images pop on the watercolored background! </div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEi3z7TuSguY9bz_r6v3uZNflE8PSv1PveOn38XEAIsBSmNMFAvoM7XsH7TFsOafP-Q49d_C0ieHLdfnflcTeVffiIKWm_PSzD8p6ax0FDhvTSU3vpEyJLMrmdzvfYNhin-3bu8btEFh3ipD/s640/IMG_4496.jpg" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="640" data-original-width="480" height="400" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEi3z7TuSguY9bz_r6v3uZNflE8PSv1PveOn38XEAIsBSmNMFAvoM7XsH7TFsOafP-Q49d_C0ieHLdfnflcTeVffiIKWm_PSzD8p6ax0FDhvTSU3vpEyJLMrmdzvfYNhin-3bu8btEFh3ipD/w300-h400/IMG_4496.jpg" width="300" /></a></div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">If you'd like to attend a class or order, please contact me. I just love projects that can be made with my leftover scraps! This is a great example of just that kind of project. The colors are fun and sunny. Notice how the ribbon goes under the rectangle with the button to really make it pop! This amazing framed piece was made by my friend Jimi. I love how the butterflies seem to be coming off the glass and invading the room. The colors are super fun! This beautiful wall hanging was made by a member of my group. A family picture would finish it off in the middle below the M. The great thing about a project like this is that it can be done to fit any color scheme. The letters are all die cut using the Big Shot. I'm thinking of offering this as a class. Would you like to attend?<br /><br />Ladystamperhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/15279579571918037612noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-624865079295197993.post-72064815160849951062013-06-09T16:42:00.000-07:002013-06-09T16:42:00.269-07:00Hummingbird simplicity<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">

Scrapbooking is not just for the books anymore. People are making scrapbook projects a part of their decorating in every way it seems! This beautiful page would look great in your living room, bedroom, or entryway. I love the layered papers, embossed texture and 'touch me' flowers! Wanna make this page? I can help....bring your own picture tho! Summer is here in almost full force! The temperatures have reached that unholy high of 105 and I don't want to go outside anymore! This is the perfect time to work on those crafty ideas I've been collecting all year. This wreath is amazing, isn't it? This was a display at the Stampin' Up! yearly convention last summer. I may have to try it....what is the craft you have been waiting to make? Share it here!!<br />
Happy summer crafting!<br />

Playing around again with My Digital Studio. This is another designer page that is available. I changed the colors and added the brads. Other than that, it is as it comes. The flowers were in a darker blue and burgundy, and the dotted circles were in a brown color. I wanted this page to go more with the 'syncho' or water theme, even tho there isn't water on the page. These are the girls that were on the swim team with Sarah. Fun times, fun girls, easy page!!<br />

Here is another premade My Digital Studio page I played with yesterday. I changed the words...mostly because I wanted more 'face space' and shifted it all UP a bit (I have tall kids) but the colors and everything else is as it comes in the designer page. Talk about quick!! You need to try this out!<br />

Hello again! It has been a crazy.....few months I guess. I have neglected my blog and I appologize. I have been doing a lot of writing on my book and other blog. If you are interested, you can see some of my work here www.causeisaidso.me <br />
I spent some time working with My Digital Studio the other day. I had purchased a lot of downloads and could not find them in my program! It was a bit frustrating. I called Stampin' Up! and they told me that things had changed in how the downloads were ....downloaded. The items no longer go straight to your program if you are on a MAC. SO, I had to find my downloads and manually put them into the program. Not a big deal if you do them one at a time as you buy them but...I had 'several' and it took a whole day! Yes, I 'need' to have them all. Almost all. Anyway!<br />
This is a designer page that was already formatted. I did do a lot of moving and changing tho. The polka dots are an add, as is the blue stripe on the right and the rust right border. I moved the words, added the top note die sticking out on the left and added a brown button. So, now,....I can say it is all mine! lol That is one of the great things about My Digital Studio. You can really customize it!! I love it! I'm sure I will have more pages to share soon...as well as all the stampin I HAVE been doing and not posting so...check back! I promise not to disappoint!<br />

In the past I have made it a point to NOT make resolutions. I think it was basically because I don't like doing what every one else is doing. I'm not the kind to follow the crowd and do things simply because it is popular. This is also my excuse for being such a dorky outcast all through junior high and high school. Yeah, it was all part of my plan. Whatever.<br />
This year, I think I may actually set a few goals. I have been very impressed by my son's diligence in keeping to a strict schedule. He almost always goes to bed before everyone else in the house and it up and out the door before I have hit the snooze button for the second time. He has a crazy busy schedule and serious goals in mind and has done extremely well so far. He has inspired me to try and get to bed on time. I have to admit a bit of hesitancy here because...I am quite a night owl. I always have been at my most creative in the middle of the night. Now, before you get any weird ideas about that statement, I am referring to doing last minute essays and other homework, finishing up 150 swaps for a Stampin' Up! event, or feverishly sewing the last bits of the Christmas projects I put off til Christmas Eve.<br />
Looking back, I think what I may have considered "creative night owl syndrome" may really be more of a "conquistador of chaos" (thanks goes to Juli Morgenstern for that term). I wait until the last possible moment and then voila! I pull the proverbial rabbit out of my hat and it all works out. I don't know that I work well under pressure like that, but I don't quit til I'm done.<br />
I am wondering what will happen if I actually start things in the morning. You know, that time BEFORE the kids are gone to school. That time of day when my crazy sister goes bike riding and working out and all those things that cause her to injure herself and look good while she does it. Maybe I would sleep better planning ahead for the next day instead of lying half awake hoping and praying I finished everything on time. I don't know...it is an idea. Besides....I keep hearing that "early to bed and early to rise makes a man healthy, wealthy and wise" run through my head. And seriously.....who couldn't use a little more health, wealth and wisdom? I'm 'up' for the challenge...first thing tomorrow. Cause I said so....<br />
<br />

I also like to make super cute Christmas cards using Stampin' Up! products. This is an idea th<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgVBCI-tFbr0vDOviVBea75Kx1rhWprVUxu1IDq4WemPc7PXOh9sjn7zx4McvCzgUMZFHm_JqzhyOYPI8hqkTAMv1YwPDGZq05aEn7M-JwlzJuDbV35AaGxof8xVbN9gpium7wLQW3LSZtl/s1600/IMG_3515.jpg"><img style="float: right; margin: 0pt 0pt 10px 10px; cursor: pointer; width: 246px; height: 320px;" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgVBCI-tFbr0vDOviVBea75Kx1rhWprVUxu1IDq4WemPc7PXOh9sjn7zx4McvCzgUMZFHm_JqzhyOYPI8hqkTAMv1YwPDGZq05aEn7M-JwlzJuDbV35AaGxof8xVbN9gpium7wLQW3LSZtl/s320/IMG_3515.jpg" alt="" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5674891280985516786" border="0" /></a>at has been around but is always cute. Make a simple pouch using cardstock. I scored my cardstock (using the simply scored) at 3 and 7-1/4 on the long side, and 5-1/2 on the short side. I cut off the extra at the bottom sides and folded the sides in to make the pouch. Clear as mud? Basically, fold your cardstock around the photo or inside that you want to have slide out. I stamped my pouch with the big Christmas Collage stamp. Old olive on Old olive. I positioned the stamp so that the circle with 25 in it was on the lower left. I used the Joy stamp from the Perfect Punches set and embossed it in gold on both Burgundy and Vanilla paper. I punched out the center of the vanilla and the scallop of the burgundy and layered it up on the front, right over the 25. The ribbon on here is what I like to call "wed weave wibbon" but is actually called the Quilted Satin ribbon from the holiday mini catalog. It is yummy!<br />The inside is just a pull out where you can put your family picture or a Christmas greeting. Lots of variations available for this idea. Enjoy!Ladystamperhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/15279579571918037612noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-624865079295197993.post-52804697610761673472011-11-15T09:31:00.000-07:002011-11-15T09:31:00.467-07:00perky treeThis is one of the cards I did at my workshops last week. I<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhgJ19G8NdtDpgxUx4cxHu8jMRFQ6zHKiVd57dO_fxLqvq40THvLQjW5qsNcyxZ_nmXn2P11SWqf5_KQf4xnpUhnl2p_DrtWK6vpnoJgprnRHLiAplrpphLAlSKu9RZPCoXgCSxMFhH16_W/s1600/IMG_3518.JPG"><img style="float: right; margin: 0pt 0pt 10px 10px; cursor: pointer; width: 320px; height: 276px;" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhgJ19G8NdtDpgxUx4cxHu8jMRFQ6zHKiVd57dO_fxLqvq40THvLQjW5qsNcyxZ_nmXn2P11SWqf5_KQf4xnpUhnl2p_DrtWK6vpnoJgprnRHLiAplrpphLAlSKu9RZPCoXgCSxMFhH16_W/s320/IMG_3518.JPG" alt="" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5674890152981493842" border="0" /></a> totally cased it from Araceli...in fact, this is her card! I used white seam binding instead of twine, current DSP from the mini catalog, and just stamped Merry at the bottom right on the card. The cuteness factor is in how she did the tree. This is the small pennant punch. Punch three scallop triangles and three straight ones. (i also used a stamp from the pennant set instead of the embossed paper). layer your triangles and fold them all in half. This is much easier if you use the simply scored tool to make a crease in the triangle. Then you simple snail the triangles together, leaving the back open so you can stick it to the card. It is a super cute 3-D tree when you are done. Clever girl...thanks for the idea Araceli!Ladystamperhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/15279579571918037612noreply@blogger.com0
