Polka quilt

I just love projects that can be made with my leftover scraps! This is a great example of just that kind of project. The colors are fun and sunny. Notice how the ribbon goes under the rectangle with the button to really make it pop!

Here's to you

I didn't really know what to do with these little dress form dies at first, but I love this card! Big girls can play paper dolls too!

Roving Butterflies

This amazing framed piece was made by my friend Jimi. I love how the butterflies seem to be coming off the glass and invading the room. The colors are super fun! What a great gift idea!

Framed Family

This beautiful wall hanging was made by a member of my group. A family picture would finish it off in the middle below the M. The great thing about a project like this is that it can be done to fit any color scheme. The letters are all die cut using the Big Shot. I'm thinking of offering this as a class. Would you like to attend?

Hummingbird simplicity

I love the simple lines of this card. The hummingbird pops out in the bright green. What scrap papers do you have lying about? Pull them out and make some cards like this with scrap stripes. Easy peasy!

Scrap decor

Scrapbooking is not just for the books anymore. People are making scrapbook projects a part of their decorating in every way it seems! This beautiful page would look great in your living room, bedroom, or entryway. I love the layered papers, embossed texture and 'touch me' flowers! Wanna make this page? I can help....bring your own picture tho!

Coral happiness

Scrapbooking just makes me happy! Another thing that makes me happy is this pretty coral paper. What better way to use it than with a super cute smiling baby? How is your scrapbook coming?? Join me at my monthly scrapbooking night each fourth Saturday night at the American Leadership Academy in Mesa. Email me for the address and directions. $10 gets you in the door, snacks, and use of all my fun scrapping tools! I will also have a few page kits available for purchase. Scrapping is a social event....friends don't let friends scrap alone! Bring a fried or three!!

Summer crafting

Summer is here in almost full force! The temperatures have reached that unholy high of 105 and I don't want to go outside anymore! This is the perfect time to work on those crafty ideas I've been collecting all year. This wreath is amazing, isn't it? This was a display at the Stampin' Up! yearly convention last summer. I may have to try it....what is the craft you have been waiting to make? Share it here!! Happy summer crafting! Beckie
