Our challenge today was to use only Black and white on our projects. I love the clean look of black and white! It is funny that in the beginning, rubber stamping was just boring old black and white...and now, black and white is chic! I think the difference between now and then is in the images. The art work these days is just so amazing!
I had a couple ideas when I started out this morning, and frankly, neither of these are what I had in mind but, they will do!
The first one uses the True Friend set from Stampin' Up! and, you guessed it! Black and white cardstock and black ink! The white card base is made with shimmery white cardstock, but you really can't tell.
The second card is made using the Pick a Petal set, also from Stampin' Up! This time I used craft white ink to stamp onto black cardstock. I outlined the petals with the white gel pen and added some clear stickles to the center. (clear isn't a 'color' so...I figured I could use that!)

Since we had that terrible storm (tornado warning), our office has had no fax/internet, the AT&T cable line was damaged. Today is the first day I've been able to check my email since last Friday. Yahoo, it's fixed!!!!!
