It's finally here!!

At the Stampin' Up! Leadership conference in January, I was the happy winner of  the new My Digital Studio digital scrapbooking program from Stampin' Up! I have been anxiously waiting for it for months! They wanted to be sure all the bugs were worked out and that it was ready to go before they made it available. I got my prize in the mail today! As soon as the kids were in bed, I opened it right up and installed it. It is Super easy to use!! I am going to have fun with this! Here is the first page I made. Now, don't worry....I don't think I will do all my scrappin this way....I love the hands on way of scrapping too much. The hours of sitting with friends, digging through buttons and ribbons and stamps....no, I'm not going all digital! But, it is fun to see the 'other' way of scrapping. There are tons of images, embellishments, and other doodads in the 'studio.' And, if I can use it....anybody can figure it out! It retails for $79.95 (item #118108) Let me know if you want one! This is so cute Beckie! Oh, my goodness! Makes me want to get the downloads even more now! This will be fun! I know I won't want to go completely digital but it might be fun to do hybrid scrapbooking.

Birthday blog candy!

In honor of my birthday, I am offering another package of blog candy! Sunday, my best friend died. My sweetheart of 20 years died suddenly from diabetes. We didn't know he had diabetes. It came quick and took him from me. Brad was more than just my husband, he was my best friend. I relied so very much on his strength to guide me and my children through this life. I admit I feel a bit lost without him, already. Soccer, projects and....Blog Candy!!

Okay, I know I promised to post some blog candy a couple days ago but, what was I thinking? The weekend has become the crazy part of my week! We have entered the World of Soccer. All you soccer moms out there will totally know what I am talking about. We are still in the little leagues of it, only one practice a week and one game. Per child of course....I'm glad my son decided he didn't want to play. Two kids is enough! It was a beautiful weekend tho. The weather was awesome. The sun got bright during the afternoon game, but every few minutes it would rain so, it kept us nice an comfy. Only in Florida can you have rain on a sunny day. It is one of the wonders of the world. I put together a few goodies for Blog Candy today. I have been having way too much fun making stuff with coasters and patterned paper lately.
