Yes, you read that right, I no longer have a camera. This is why I haven't been posting lately. I dropped my camera....not once, not twice, but three times. It still worked after the first two times, but I think the third time totally offended it. So, it died. ;o( So, I am looking for a new camera!
I would love some input on cameras that you all like. Here are my 'desires' as far as a camera go. I like for it to fit in my purse, so I can take pictures all the time. I also like to have the camera do all the hard work like, focusing, for me. I'm not lazy, just really not talented or patient enough for that. But, sometimes, I would like the option of the manual adjustments.....rarely.
Another really important thing is the ability to take pictures of the school stage from the audience and to actually be able to see more than dark shapes on the pictures. I guess that would include the zoom and flash....? Anyway....the last requirement is that it not cost an arm and a leg!
So, if you have any recommendations for me, please send them along! I will even send you a prize if I end up buying the camera you recommend!
Hopefully, with your help, I will be posting awesome projects very soon! I made some totally cute Christmas cards the other day and can't wait to show you!!
happy day,
Beckie

I also have a Kodak Easy Share, but mine is red but I don't remember the number. I fwd you some Kodak emails so you can browse. I got mine at OfficeMax w/a warranty that came in handy since my husband got it wet at the Nascar race at MIS and they replaced it like that on the spot no questions asked.
Needless to say, whatever you decide to purchase, I'd make sure you buy the extra warranty too.
Hugs,
Gina
I'm not a expert, but speaking from my personal experience - I would NOT recommend Casio. I spent a lot of money for it (the latest slim version) about a year ago. And then the film inside of the screen desided to break and looks like my fancy warranty did NOT cover it. After research on google I found out that it's their weak spot. SO, I then went to buy fujifilm and it works GREAT, and it was only $100 :)
I know that you haven't been posting for quite awhile now, so I don't know if you will see this post or not. I've searched your blog unsuccessfully for an email address, so I'm contacting you this way, I hope.
I'm a fellow stamper, from New Zealand, and I just want you to know that you've been on my mind a lot this year since your husband Bradley passed away. I've been praying for your and your children. The first time we do things without someone is hard and with this being the first Thanksgiving and Christmas for you all without him will be very difficult. I know that it would have been your 20th Wedding anniversary just 3 days after Christmas, so you have that special time coming as well.
I have been praying for you all, and I will continue to pray for God's peace, healing and comfort for you all, and for Him to lead you as well.
By the way, I've been missing your posts and wanted you to know that although I don't often comment, I always read them and enjoy them.
God bless you.
Anne.
