Today was a beautiful, relaxed, inspiring Sunday. I slept til 10:30 and then got up and went to the church for General Conference. The speakers were wonderful and so were my children! That was quite a blessing! Of course, Ben and Jared were home with Brad, so it was possible! We traded off for the second session.
Needless to say, I didn't have any stamping time today. Therefore, I am sharing one more scrap page I did for my contest. This picture is of my wonderful daughter Maegan. She is my right hand and my buddy. She really is fabulous and beautiful! The paper I used for this is from Basic Grey. The flowers were printed on the paper when I got to it. I trimmed it down a bit and mounted it on Chocolate Chip paper. I added the butterfly transparencies (Bohemia) , the felt stickers (can't remember where those are from), and the gold rub-ons you can barely see...a rectangle in the upper right, a butterfly on the left and some other flowers here and there. I anchored it all with some antique silver square brads in two corners. I really liked how this page came together. I started out with a totally different image in my head but...it just morphed into this.
I promise to try and stamp something tomorrow to share. The kids will be back at school so, maybe I will have a minute or two!!
