Because of all this canning and a certain birthday (my daughter's) I haven't had much time to stamp the last few days. I am sharing a card I made for a swap a few years ago that features a couple of sets that are retiring. The girlfriends is one of our favorite sets. My youngest daughter especially likes it. On this card she is colored in with the M3. The background is a fun tie-dye technique using the Sketch it set. I stamped the big flower in only orange, green galor, pink passion and yoyo yellow. After I had the paper pretty covered, I spritzed it with water from a squirt bottle. The colors all blended together like a nice tie-dye shirt from Joe's crab shack. The cardstock can start to curl a bit so I usually put it under a heavy book til it dries. You can really get wild with this technique. Have fun!!
